Terms and conditions

1 Reservations

1.1 Provisional bookings may be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing within seven (7) days following the date of the telephone booking. If the written confirmation is not received within such time Tabsor Hospitality Training reserves the right to withdraw from conducting the training
2 Fees and Payment
2.1 Tabsor Hospitality Training shall issue an invoice to, as appropriate, the Company prior to the start of the course. Course fees are due on receipt of the invoice and the payment is due and payable immediately and in any event prior to the course start date.
2.2 The Company, as listed on the booking form, is responsible for the course fee.
2.4 Tabsor Hospitality Training reserves the right to change the course fees at any time and without notice. Tabsor Hospitality Training will not change the fees for any course booked where the associated fees are paid on time.
3 Cancellation, Rescheduling and Transfers
3.1 A Client may cancel or reschedule any course, however Tabsor Hospitality Training shall be entitled to payment from the Client in accordance with this clause. The Client agrees and recognises that the cancellation and rescheduling charges listed below are reasonable and take into account any staff time incurred, any registration fees and other associated costs and also the loss of opportunity to Tabsor Hospitality Training arising from the Client cancelling or rescheduling the course. The charges shall be calculated as follows:

3.2 Tabsor Hospitality Training reserves the right to cancel a course on seven (7) days notice in writing if insufficient delegates have been booked onto it.
4 Ownership in Course Materials and Limited Licence
4.1 Tabsor Hospitality Training owns all right, title and interest in and to the course materials Delegates may not copy, share, sell, license, store or otherwise provide the course materials to any third party in any form without the prior written consent of Tabsor Hospitality Training. Delegate(s) may not use the course materials to provide training to any person that has not attended the applicable course.
5 Warranty
5.1 Tabsor Hospitality Training warrants that it shall use reasonable care in performing the training course. Tabsor Hospitality Training does not warrant that the delegate will be able to pass the Tests of the relevant accredited examination associated with the course or that they will be able to achieve any particular proficiency level.
6 Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permissible by law, Tabsor Hospitality Training liability to the client arising out of or in connection with the course shall be limited to the course fees paid by the delegate.
7 General
7.1 By confirming the booking onto a course, the Company accepts these terms and conditions.
7.2 As used in these terms and conditions: “day” means a calendar day; “in writing” means by email.
7.3 All personal data supplied to Tabsor Hospitality Training in connection with booking a course will remain secure and confidential and shall be used only at the time of booking.
7.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by Zimbabwean law.
